Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused.
- Final sale items, lingerie, swimwear, and personalized products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer size or product exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
- Please use a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
