Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused.
Final sale items, lingerie, swimwear, and personalized products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer size or product exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Please use a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
